Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed |
1 medium shallot, minced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves |
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
2 teaspoons of GarliKi Good |
Directions
STEP 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garliki Good, shallot and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
STEP 2
Add shrimp; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
STEP 3
Stir in parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest.
STEP 4
Serve immediately.

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid
STEP 2
Shake well.
STEP 3
Refrigerate until serving.

Shake dressing again just before serving.

Add olive oil to pan.
Once hot, add a spoon of GarliKi Good and let sizzle for 2 minutes.

Then add Mushrooms and cover pan for 2 minutes allowing the garlic to seap into mushrooms

STEP 4
Add 1 more spoon of GarliKi Good and sauté for 3 minutes. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste.
