|1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed|
|1 medium shallot, minced|
|1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes|
|1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
|3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves|
|1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|2 teaspoons lemon zest|
|2 teaspoons of GarliKi Good|
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garliki Good, shallot and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add shrimp; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid
Refrigerate until serving.
Shake dressing again just before serving.
Add olive oil to pan.
Once hot, add a spoon of GarliKi Good and let sizzle for 2 minutes.
Then add Mushrooms and cover pan for 2 minutes allowing the garlic to seap into mushrooms

Add 1 more spoon of GarliKi Good and sauté for 3 minutes. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste.
