Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 medium shallot, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons of GarliKi Good

Directions

STEP 1

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garliki Good, shallot and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

STEP 2

Add shrimp; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

STEP 3

Stir in parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest.

STEP 4

Serve immediately.

Kisha's Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Quantity
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 healthy teaspoon of GarliKi Good
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch pepper

Directions

STEP 1

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid

STEP 2

Shake well.

STEP 3

Refrigerate until serving.

STEP 4

Shake dressing again just before serving.

Kisha's Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

Quantity
1 pound of Mushrooms
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 teaspoons of Amino Acid. 
2 spoons of GarliKi Good. 
1/4 teaspoon of herbs, parsley, thyme and oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

STEP 1

Add olive oil to pan.
Once hot, add a spoon of GarliKi Good and let sizzle for 2 minutes.

STEP 2

Then add Mushrooms and cover pan for 2 minutes allowing the garlic to seap into mushrooms

STEP 3

Then add Mushrooms and cover pan for 2 minutes allowing the garlic to seap into mushrooms.  Next add all herbs whole stirring.

STEP 4

Add 1 more spoon of GarliKi Good and sauté for 3 minutes. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste.
